Pink Azalea ships most orders via UPS. Some orders may be shipped Priority Mail through USPS. Orders generally take 3  to 5 business days for processing. Orders that are monogrammed, embroidered or engraved will take approximately 5 to 7 additional business days. Here at Pink Azalea we strive to fulfill orders as soon as possible. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, items periodically may become backordered or out of stock without our notice. In the event that this takes place, you will be contacted about the estimated delivery time.

Our return policy here at Pink Azalea is store credit or exchanges. Please report defective merchandise to Pink Azalea via e-mail (customerservice@thepinkazalea.com)within 48 hours upon delivery of your order.
