What's the best way to contact the Pink Azalea?

Monday-Saturday: 10 am- 6 pm

What services do you offer?

We offer many services such as embroidery, monogramming, appliques, logo digitizing, engraving, screen printing, vinyl decals, promotional products & custom corporate gifts.

 

Do you embroider items not purchased at your store?

We like to say, ‘If it’s not moving- we’ll monogram it!’ The Pink Azalea proudly offers embroidery services for items purchased outside of our store. Our pricing varies depending on size and starts at just $10! Please keep in mind when bringing in items not purchased at our store you will be required to sign a waiver stating that the Pink Azalea is not responsible for damages that could occur during the monogramming process. If you are unsure whether or not an item is able to be monogrammed, we would be happy to take a look at it  during our regular store hours.

How long will it take to receive my online order?

Our processing time frame ranges depending on the item & quantity ordered. Please call us at 864-233-2919 to confirm an item can be personalized & shipped by a certain date if you are concerned about an upcoming deadline. We offer expedited shipping for an additional charge but this will not change our processing time. Certain customized products require a minimum of 2-4 weeks for completion and these items will state lead times in the product details. All orders may be subjected to longer arrival times during high traffic seasons. 

Are you under new ownership?

Yes! The Pink Azalea is under new ownership as of March 11th, 2015. Our mission is to provide a personalized fun experience for each customer in store & online. We are committed to providing all customers with high quality products, reasonable prices & memorable customer service.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of personalized gifts, anything personalized is considered a final sale. If the item is not personalized, there is a 14 day return policy for store credit. Items must be returned in a re-sellable condition. This means the item(s) cannot be used, worn, dirty, must be odor-free and have all original tags attached. Thank you for your cooperation!

Do you have any tips for applying decals?

Step 1: Clean & dry the surface you wish to put your decal on. Your decal will stick to most surfaces like metal, glass, fiberglass, wood, acrylic, drywall etc.

Step 2: Take your fingernail and gently pull the thin transfer sticker away from the backing taking the decal with it. (The decal is sandwiched between a thick backing and a thin transfer sticker) If you see a portion of decal staying on the backing, slowly fold some back and press it back onto the transfer sticker. After you have removed the backing completely, you are left with the transfer paper and the decal.

Step 3: Position your decal where you want it and then take a credit card & finger and rub over the transfer sticker to press the air bubbles out and smooth the decal onto the surface. The decal is sticky so be sure you have it in the right position before pressing it into place.

Step 4: Slowly pull the transfer paper away at an angle. If any of the decal pulls away too, carefully push it back with the transfer sticker, rub on that portion again and then continue to pull transfer paper away.

Tip: Once decal is placed, avoid moving it & allow it to set without movement for as long as possible. Our decals are very durable but we recommend hand washing any items with decals to maintain highest quality.
